Returns and Exchanges

We happily offer an exchange and refund policy on all ADRIFT items purchased via ADRIFT online shop.

All ADRIFT pieces are made to order, so please take care in selecting size and colour options. Get in touch via email (adriftdesignsnz@outlook.com) if you have any questions about your item/order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Return tracked shipping for returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned within 28 days of original receipt of goods.

We accept exchanges for full priced ADRIFT items purchased online within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in brand new, unused, unworn condition. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.
