ADRIFT is a small artisan/family run business. In light of this,
please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped, as all items are handmade to order.

We are happy to offer Free Track & Trace shipping within New Zealand. ADRIFT also ships to the USA ($10 flat rate untracked) and Australia ($8.00 flat rate untracked), and just about everywhere else in the world.

ADRIFT is not responsible in the unlikely even that goods are lost in the International post.

We will always do our best to locate the safest and most cost effective shipping option for you, and a quote can be given in advance of your order if needed.

Please note:

Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.
